Island Estate Clearing identifies resale items and runs an estate sale to sell the contents of a house across Vancouver Island. We route items to consignment, auctions or local buyers, with Nanaimo offering a broad market in British Columbia. You do not need to price anything yourself, and we reply within 24 hours.

Good tools, machinery, jewellery, specialized collections and shop equipment consistently hold value for an estate. Most everyday household goods carry little resale value. We sort those out before organizing any sales.
Where does everything end up?
Depending on the item, we route it to consignment, auction, a private sale to a specialist buyer, or an on-site sale. When usable items will not sell, we take them to local donation groups instead of throwing them away.
What record do you get for the estate file?
We record what sold, through which channel, and for how much, in writing. As an executor accounting to beneficiaries, having that detailed written record gives you full peace of mind.
