Island Estate Clearing handles house clearing, contents sales, cleaning and downsizing moves across Vancouver Island, British Columbia. What do we do?
We clear the contents of a property, identify and sell what carries resale value, clean and prepare the house once it is empty, and run downsizing moves into smaller homes and care residences. You can combine any of our four services so you do not have to hire separate trades.
Who do we work with?
We work directly with executors, family members, and homeowners downsizing into a new residence. We send you a written scope before starting and a written summary when finished so you have complete records.
What if you're not on the Island?
We send photographs, video walk-throughs and written updates so you can approve decisions from anywhere. No part of the job requires you to travel.
What record do you get?
We start every job with a written scope and end it with a written summary of what was sold, what was donated, what was recycled and what was disposed of. If you're accounting to beneficiaries, you can show exactly where the contents went.
Where do we work?
We cover the whole Island. We focus on Qualicum Beach, Parksville, Nanaimo and Ladysmith, and we gladly take on properties right across Vancouver Island.
